Miamified Swimwear Return & Exchange Policy

At Miamified Swim, we want you to feel confident and sexy in every piece you wear. If something doesn’t work out, we’ve made the return process simple and hassle-free.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In its original condition with tags and hygiene liners fully intact

• Free of makeup, deodorant, or any other marks or scents

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

• All sale items, discounted purchases, and promotional orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at miamifiedswim@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

3. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a store credit code or ship your exchange item.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our end.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at miamifiedswim@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with photos and order info. We’ll make it right!
